Show & Tell

Before show & tell, I have to say that today was my most exciting day in blogville since starting blogging in Sept. Rocks in my Dryer has been hosting a Fall Give-Away and last I checked, there were well over 600 on the list. That means over 600 prizes to be won!!!! Since I'm new to the blogging world, I have never seen anything like this but have had a ball entering for a ton of stuff!! I was hopeful that I might win something...anything. I found out today that I won a prize from Owlhaven. It is a Beth Moore Bible Study. WOW!!! Am I excited!!! And just as I'm on my last week of the Daniel Bible Study. Is this God's direction or what? And just as I was beginning to wonder what to study next!!!

Now for Show & Tell. Two years ago, I photgraphed my Christmas ornaments as I packed them away in the hopes that I would devote a scrapbook to them. I have not yet started the scrapbook but I thought this would make fun Show & Tells from now until Christmas. So, here's today's installment:

This little blue star has hung on my tree since 1987. It is a wood shape covered with blue glitter. Josh made it in Sunday School when he was 2. He hangs it on our tree every year. Even though he made it, technically it was a gift for me so I'm not sure that he'll be able to take it with him when he has a home of his own. It is so precious to me because of the little hands that made it!!!

My mother bought me this ornament either in 1995 or 1996. It is 4 angels that rotate. It represents my 4 kids. It always hangs front and center on my tree.
