I went to bed with a headache last night. Usually going to bed takes care of headaches but not this one. I woke up with a migraine. It took 3 aspirins, another hour of rest/sleep, and an extremely hot shower to get it down to a dull throb.
Later today I came across this and my headache/problem seems small in comparison. Please pause and say a prayer for this family who live their lives to share the gospel of Christ.

Yesterday Ben and I went bowling. I usually take the kids to a movie for
their birthday but we couldn’t find a movie we wanted to see so bowling it
was.
